REPORTS TO

Clinical Lead or Deputy Home Manager

OVERVIEW

The RGN provides nursing care for residents in the nursing space and manages the carers in the Home, ensuring that they provide residents with appropriate, person centred care in line with the requirements of all regulations, RMBI standards and best practices.

As RGN, you will support the Home Management Team with supervision and appraisals, keep up to date with clinical developments, and identify training needs. In addition, you will provide strong direction to a small care team through coaching and guidance; ensuring that staff are appropriately allocated, skills are developed and each of our resident’s holistic needs are met.

An enhanced DBS check is required for this position.
