Community Support Worker

The role of the Community Support Worker is to work without direct supervision in the service users home providing care and support including personal, social and domestic assistance whilst adhering to the individuals care plan. The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible. The Community Support Worker will provide care and support in a professional, discreet and caring manner, always ensuring the service user’s rights to privacy, dignity and choices are given and maintained.
