We provide our Care Assistant team guaranteed contracted hours following your probationary period, NO ZERO HOURS CONTRACTS, excellent hourly rates of pay, mileage allowance and company pension and have a passion for supporting our teams’ career progression aspirations!

We currently have part-time hours to offer with flexible shifts that fit around your life.

Alternate weekend availability is required.

You are expected to travel between customers’ homes so you must have a Full Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.

We cover all of the Teignbridge area, including but not limited to – Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Shaldon, Dawlish, Exminster, Kenton, Starcross, Ashburton, Bovey Tracey, Kingskerswell.

No experience necessary as full training will be provided, we have found individuals with Retail, Hospitality and Customer Service experience have great transferable skills to become an amazing Care Assistant. We also welcome those with previous Care Assistant experience.

No age limit to becoming a Care Assistant, life experience is extremely valuable! You do have to be 18 or over though.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to meet the individual needs of each customer promoting their independence and dignity. The tasks we support with include all aspects of personal care, providing companionship, helping with social visits and days out, meal preparation, shopping, assisting with medication and housework.
