Our lovely home in Tavistock, Chollacott House is looking for a part-time Cook. 24 hrs a week on a 2 weekly rota. Week 1 Sat, Sun, Thurs and Fri and week 2 Mon and Tues.

You must have experience of running a kitchen and catering for up to 40 people – breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You will be responsible for cooking, baking and creating tasty food for our lovely residents.

Rate of pay for a cook – £10.25 – £10.50 p/h

Rate of pay for qualified chef – £11.35 – £12.03 p/h

Most importantly we are looking for nice, friendly, dedicated people who will set high standards for themselves and be active members of the care team. We look for people who behave in a positive manner at all times, putting the best interests of the residents in their care at the heart of all that they do.
