Do you have what it takes to support our customers?
As a Home Care Assistant with us, you will visit our customers in their own homes, helping with a variety of tasks from meal preparation, household chores, attending appointments and shopping, through to assisting with medication and personal care. We appreciate for people who are new to the role that it can appear daunting, that’s why we offer a comprehensive induction programme consisting of classroom training and on the job shadowing when you start. You’ll be joining an experienced and dedicated team, who all enjoy their jobs and have a shared passion.

We can train you to be a great Home Care Assistant, what you will need is patience, understanding and respect for our vulnerable customers. You will also need:
- Have a driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- To be comfortable supporting customers with personal care including bathing, toileting and with their personal hygiene needs
- To be available to work shifts between 7am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, including alternate weekends
What are the benefits?
- £10.00 per hour, £10.55 per hour if you have an NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 2 in Health & Social Care. If you don’t already have the qualification, we will work with you to achieve it
