Pottles Court is a warm, friendly and welcoming residential home in Exminster with 17 residents and a CQC Outstanding rating. The home has some active and mobile residents and specialises in supporting residents with frailty and dementia.

We are looking for an extrovert individual, who is self-confident and warm, to encourage residents to try a range of activities, focusing on their individual interests. For example, you might like to use your musical, artistic or creative talents to enrich the lives of both residents and staff.

This role might appeal to a student (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Other Allied Health Professions, Nursing, Drama or other subjects) or to someone who has been in a customer-facing role. We are looking for someone who is really interested in getting to know each residential as an individual and who is empathetic and sensitive to each resident’s needs.

• Giving and receiving affection
• Living a meaningful life
