We are looking for a Team Manager to join our North Devon leadership team. You will lead two teams based in Ilfracombe and South Molton.
We’re seeking someone who:
– Thrives as part of a supportive leadership team, contributing to a shared vision and collective success
– Is comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
– Has experience of supporting staff to work within complex legislative frameworks and practice guidance
– Values collaborative working and strong partnerships, both internally and externally
– Is committed to achieving the right balance between performance, quality and staff wellbeing
– Communicates effectively and confidently, including in challenging or sensitive situations
– Has a recognised professional qualification in Social Work or Occupational Therapy
– Has experience within adult social care or a related field, including supporting or supervising others
– Has a strong commitment to person-centred, strengths-based approaches
– Has a focus on continuous learning, innovation and service improvement.
